If it can be moved, it can generally be stored. Many of our customers store items such as furniture, toys, books, bikes, cars, sporting equipment, camping gear, files, computers, wine, tools, garage items and much more. Businesses store their tax documents, fleet vehicles, expo materials and excess stock.  

You cannot store goods that are illegal, stolen, inflammable, explosive, hazardous, perishable or environmentally harmful such as chemicals, petrol, paints or solvents. If you are unsure, please enquire at the office or phone us.

High ‘N’ Dry Self Storage spaces are charged by the amount of space you require and our friendly team will be happy to assist in selecting the right size storage unit. We have a range of sizes and prices to suit your requirements.

Office hours are:
Monday to Friday – 8.30am to 5.00 pm
Saturday – 8.30 am to 12 noon
Sunday and Public Holidays closed.
Other times by prior arrangement.
Please note that unit access is always available 7 days a week 6.00 am to 6.00 pm.

As soon as your payment is received, you will receive an access code for the front gate, a unit number, and you will be free to load your property. Remember to bring a padlock.

No we don’t. By locking the unit with your own padlock (you can purchase one from us) you lock the door, you keep the key and you are the only one who has access to the unit.

You are the only person who will have access to your storage unit.

High ‘N’ Dry Self Storage is protected 24/7 by CCTV cameras and access control.

Insurance is the responsibility of the storage renter.

Access control is available from 6am to 6pm. However 1st time storer access can only be issued during business hours.

Regular pest control maintenance is carried out and rodent bait stations checked regularly. High ‘N’ Dry Self Storage strongly advises checking rugs and carpets for bugs and pests. Please do not store any food stuffs, dry goods & preserves, including animal foods like seeds, pellets & hay etc. High ‘N’ Dry Self Storage is well above Bundaberg Flood levels.
